All our gaming chairs come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

What is covered:

What is not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or modifications

  • Cosmetic damage after use (scratches, stains, etc.)

2. Returns & Exchanges (Free Returns)

We offer free returns and exchanges for all orders within Europe.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Product must be in original condition and packaging

  • All accessories and parts must be included
